I believe sourcing should do more than manage spend - it should empower the business to move smarter, faster, and more sustainably. That mindset has guided me throughout my 13+ years in Sourcing + Procurement, where I’ve helped scale brands by building resilient supply chains, negotiating strategic partnerships, and launching high-impact products across the food service space.

My background includes working closely with national chains and distributors like Buc-ee's, Burger King, Red Robin, SeaWorld, Disney, McLane, Imperial Dade, and Clark/Webstaurant - to name a few. I’ve led multimillion-dollar RFPs, built procurement systems from the ground up, and partnered across Executive, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sustainability Teams to support rapid growth while maintaining quality and cost control.

As soon as I came across this role at CAVA, it felt like it was made for me. The mission, the momentum, and the collaborative spirit behind the brand align perfectly with how I approach my work. I’m excited about the remote opportunity - not just because I’ve been working remotely (even before the pandemic), but because I know how to stay connected, aligned, and proactive in a virtual environment. Based in Florida, I operate on EST time and have always found it seamless to work with teams in similar time zones. I also spend two months every summer in Brooklyn or Jersey City, which makes visits to CAVA’s Creative Center both easy and exciting.

I know this industry deeply from the disposables side; from molded fiber and rPET to straws, portion cups, and cutlery - and I bring not just category expertise, but also a passion for process and partnership.
